Douglas W.

Douglas W. Thomson’s practice includes real estate, corporate and estate planning.  He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University with Honors and cum laude, his law degree from Ohio Northern University where he was also on law review, and a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University.   Douglas spent six years as general counsel to Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, an engineering consulting and software development company.  He has also served as Mayor of the City of Milford.  He is active in the community as a Member of the Clermont County and Milford Chambers of Commerce and was President of the Ohio Land Title Association.  Doug Thomson is admitted to practice both in Kentucky and Ohio.  Mr. Thomson is also owner of TechneTitle Agency Inc., a regional provider of title insurance services.



Charles Rogers’s current practice includes Estate Planning, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Corporate, and Probate. He received his undergraduate degree in Financial Management from Western Kentucky University with Honors, and his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law with Honors. He has also been a published author in areas ranging from clearing post-foreclosure title liens in a trade publication to UCC law for a college textbook. Charlie finds fulfillment in volunteering in Legal Aid family law and estate planning clinics; and receiving court appointments to represent abused and neglected children. Charlie is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the United States Southern District of Ohio and United States Eastern District of Kentucky federal courts.


Charles “Trey” Barrowman III

Charles “Trey” Barrowman III current practice includes Corporate, Small Business, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Bankruptcy. He earned his Bachelor degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and his Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of law, graduating with Honors and Cum Laude. During law school, Trey was Associate Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review, active in the Chase Small Business and Non-Profit Law Clinic, and a law clerk in both the Ohio Attorney General’s office and to the Honorable Kathy S. Lape in the Kenton County Circuit Court. His core practice involves residential and commercial real estate transactions, secured financing, and other business transactions. In addition to his position within Thomson Law, Trey serves as in-house counsel and a licensed title insurance agent for TechneTitle Agency, Inc. Trey has been published in an article concerning the labor and employment law aspects of collegiate sports today. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio federal courts, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
