Attorney
Charles “Trey” Barrowman III
When you first meet Trey, he doesn’t look like a ‘typical attorney.’ Raised on a farm outside of Cincinnati, he learned the value of hard work and developed a passion—not for real estate—but for the people who make it valuable. Trey is one of only a handful of Certified Specialists in Residential Real Property Law in Ohio (certified by the Ohio State Bar Association). His core practice involves residential and commercial real estate transactions, secured financing, and real estate title matters. Additionally, Trey serves as in-house counsel and a licensed real estate title insurance agent for TechneTitle Agency, Inc., and is a frequent speaker on real estate matters to attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, and—well—anyone else who will listen. Trey has been rated as a Rising Star in Real Estate by Super Lawyers® (2020-2025).
When not curating the preposterous litany of items listed above, Trey enjoys volunteering for worthy causes and cheering for THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
